Some browsers generate a warning message:

" The identity of the certificate issuer cannot be verified"

Every browser contains a list of "Trusted Sites" however the list must be updated periodically. Microsoft Internet Explorer has not been updated recently (especially for the Mac) and sometimes generates this error.
